Safe care and use

Read and retain all supplied instructions. Follow intended-use, installation, charging, cleaning, storage, and warning guidance. Discontinue use if damage or unsafe behavior is observed.

Manufacturing concerns

Unless the product page gives longer coverage, report a suspected manufacturing defect within 30 days after delivery. We may require proof of purchase and clear photographs or video.

Not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic variation, accidents, loss, misuse, unsuitable power sources, incorrect installation, neglect, unauthorized repair, or modification are excluded from this limited coverage.

Possible remedies

Following assessment, Avelcra may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, replacement goods, store credit, or a refund as appropriate. This policy does not reduce mandatory statutory rights.
